 Gifting is God’s constant, continual, relentless, unending
activity whether or not we are conscious of it. Gifting is God’s activity of
love. Each of us as God’s Beloved is a receiver of gifts of love. Though our
response to this activity may be blocked, God invites us to be present to joy
and sorrow, to challenges and peace, ultimately to a contemplative way of life.
The Spirit entices us to recognize the gifts in our joyous, fearful, lonely and
frightening experiences as we grow in awareness and willingness to share our
gifts with the world. Come away to discover and honor the gifts of your heart
that you might be healed, strengthened, gentled and blessed, and in turn offer
grace, healing and blessing to others.
